Engel & Völkers advisor Cindy Cummings began practicing real estate in 2013 and is licensed in both Utah and Idaho. Cindy holds designations in Realtor Business Management and ASP Home Staging.
Cindy received the Rookie of the Year Award in 2013, The Realtor of the Year award in 2017, and won the Excellence in Real Estate award. Cindy’s success stems from her willingness to go above and beyond for her clients. Cindy is knowledgeable, responsive, and prompt. She keeps her clients informed, and progresses each task along quickly all while staying true to her calm, patient demeanor.
As an Army brat Cindy grew up all over attending high school in Heidelberg, Germany. She feels grateful to have settled down here in beautiful Cache Valley and has called it her home for the past 30 years. Cindy served on the Millville City Council for eight years. In 2017, she served as President of the Cache-Rich Association of Realtors.
For Cindy, real estate is a natural fit. She loves people, is an upstanding member of our community, and is an LGBTQ supporter. She considers it a privilege to play an integral role in the lives of her clients as they make one of the most impactful decisions of their lives. Her greatest reward comes when she can hand over the keys to an elated first-time homebuyer.
Cindy attended college at Brigham Young University and Utah State University graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies. Prior to her real estate pursuits, she worked as the Ameri-corp Representative for Ellis Elementary School where she assisted in the literacy program. She loved teaching children, collaborating with volunteers, and immersing herself in an academic environment.
Cindy is a wife, mother, and grandmother. She has been married for 30 years and has two daughters, one son and three grandchildren. She loves to travel, anywhere there is an ocean, and enjoys reading, baking, and making memories with her growing family.
